I was able to not only add more weight, but more importantly, allow more focus on the intended muscle. I didn’t have to worry or pay attention to my hands slipping or giving way. I could truly isolate my triceps and get an even better range of motion. So far these are holding up well and have improved a few exercises that I utilize them on. Highly recommended!

How this does not pop up on the first page of search results here is beyond me. I can instantly tell if a product is going to be a Hero or a Zero. This product does not disappoint. The unique shaped ergonomic hand grips feel amazing. Grip strength is lights out. It is fair to say you are activating at least 30% more muscle fibers and you can feel this. I have pretty big hands and this fits me like a glove but smaller hands will also get that same solid feel.

Everyone loves the titanrope. Fits great in your hand, works triceps very well.

The grip seems very universal; I don't see many hand sizes having an issue. It's comfortable, and even if your hands are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy it's easy to grip and not lose control so you can avoid accidents from mom's spaghetti. And yes I did throw in some 8-mile just now, have a great day.

This is a very well made piece of equipment which fits my hands nicely. It is comfortable during use which allows me to focus more on the muscle being worked.

This attachment is fantastic. It puts the strain more into your triceps and not in my hand so I can actually lift heavier.

I suffered a gunshot to my head affected my grip while not weak not strong eitherthese help me hold the rope so much better i can finally do my triceps without having my hand slip off like traditional ropes

Great having my own equipment. Handles are perfect and make extensions, face pulls and hammer curls so much better. Worth the $ and the wait (don't expect it overnight).

I really love this grip. The shape of the handles are perfect. Really feel the difference. Glad I bought them.

I would buy them again. These grips hit the triceps a little different after three sets with these grips my arms were toast.

This attachment hits muscles in incredible ways.

Works great when shifting side to side for unilateral work, as well.

I love using this grip. The molded handles really help you focus on the weight, and not as much on just pulling the rope down. Definitely my go-to attachment for my gym!
